  • All rates are per room, per night, quoted in New Zealand Dollar (NZD), and inclusive of 15% GST (Goods and Services Tax).
  • Accommodation cancellations, or reduction of nights reserved within 30 days of the conference may be subject to a cancellation fee based on individual hotel policies.
  • A credit card is required at the time of booking, and details are stored securely in our encrypted payment portal.
  • In the event of a non-arrival or late cancellation, the hotel may access your card details to charge the applicable cancellation fee.
  • If you would like to request an invoice to prepay accommodation, please contact sarah@conference.nz.
  • If you are booking on behalf of the attendee and would like the accommodation charged to your organisation or to a credit card the attendee will not have with them, please contact sarah@conference.nz to arrange.
  • If accommodation costs are being covered by a third party (e.g. a corporate travel agent), please provide a letter from the third party confirming which charges are to be covered and send it to sarah@conference.nz.
  • If the online booking system shows your preferred hotel as fully booked, please email sarah@conference.nz with your preferred hotel and dates. The hotel may still have availability outside the dates held in the room block.
