We invite you to join 42nd Asia Pacific Metrology Programme General Assembly and Related Activities (APMP 2026), taking place in Wellington, New Zealand from 14 - 21 November 2026.

Registration fees
All packages are listed and payable in New Zealand Dollars and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 15%. GST is payable even if your organisation is based outside of New Zealand.
The listed US Dollar prices are indicative only for your convenience and subject to currency fluctuations. All invoices will be provided and payable in New Zealand Dollars. No USD invoices will be provided.
There will be a virtual offering for attendees who are unable to travel to New Zealand. Details on how to register for virtual sessions will be available soon.

Terms and conditions
Cancellations
Should you need to cancel your registration, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify Margaret Wong in writing. If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a full refund less an administration charge of NZD $150.00 will be made providing notification is received by 2 October 2026. After this date, refunds will be at the discretion of the organising committee. If, for reasons related to delegate health and safety, APMP 2026 cannot proceed in person and becomes fully virtual, we will transfer your registration to virtual and refund the difference in costs.
If, for reasons beyond control, APMP 2026 is completely cancelled, the registration fees will be refunded minus a NZD $150.00 administration fee.
Conditions
Measurements Standards Laboratory (MSL) and Conference Innovators reserve the right to deny entry and/or terminate the registration of any person who demonstrates behaviour that is deemed to be inappropriate and/or a risk to others.
Registrations received by Conference Innovators will not be considered as confirmed unless payment has been received and processed. Non-payment or non-attendance will be taken as a cancellation on the day of the conference and will incur a 100% cancellation fee
Disclaimer

Insurance
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Participants are advised to take out personal insurance, including cover for travel, accommodation, and personal possessions. Neither MSL nor Conference Innovators covers individuals against the cancellations of bookings for any reason including cancellation or postponement of the workshop or for theft or damage to belongings.
Liability
MSL and Conference Innovators will not accept any responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by delegates in the course of the workshop. Nor will they take responsibility for injury or damage to persons or property occurring during the conference or associated activities.
Photography
There will be photos taken during the conference. MSL and APMP may wish to use images taken on their website or to promote future conferences. If you don’t give permission for them to use your image for this purpose, please contact Margaret Wong.
